The elegant building of a former brewery built in the late Meiji era has been reborn as a guest house by the local master craftsmen. The name "Eguchiya" comes from the name of the sake brewery era. Kasumigaura, the second largest lake in Japan, is right in front of you. There is also "Tsukuba Kasumigaura ring-ring Road" designated as a national cycle route. You can enjoy quiet relaxation and fun outside play. Please enjoy your wonderful stay.
Warm Japanese style space made of wood that makes the best use of the original beams and fittings. Some of the signs and bottles from the sake brewery era are reused and decorated we devise so that visitors can feel the history of the house. Rooms are available in Japanese style tatami mat rooms and Western style bed rooms. It is also possible to rent out the entire building with family, friends, and colleagues.

The guest house is based on self-service. There are common areas and open spaces, so the services we provide are limited, but we strive to make everyone feel comfortable and enjoy the stay. In addition, the kitchen space is open only to staff. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
